- Paducah School for the Arts — work with West Kentucky Community & Technical College to develop an art school in a renovated historic LowerTown building

- Retail Growth — develop additional downtown and suburban retail establishments, both national chains and locally owned businesses
- GPEDC — support growth of new and existing industry
- Barkley Regional Airport — support new flights and a new terminal
- Riverfront Hotel and Convention Center — secure viable, sustainable downtown hotel accommodations and meeting space
- River Heritage Museum — develop Phase II of the museum expansion
- Seamen’s Church Institute — incorporate new maritime training simulator
